Plenhyage XL Strong is an advanced injectable regenerative treatment containing 2.5% high-molecular-weight polymerised polynucleotides (25 mg/ml). It is developed by Bioformula and uses highly purified salmon-derived DNA to support the skin’s natural regenerative processes and improve overall tissue quality. It is not a conventional hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Its purpose is to support biological skin regeneration, hydration, fibroblast activity and tissue remodelling rather than create artificial volume.

It contains high-molecular-weight polymerised polynucleotides, these molecules have hydrating and antioxidant properties. They are made to create an environment for fibroblast activity.
